The Eberhard Residence was awarded both the Residential and Grand Residential 2007 best in show award by the national ICFA.  The home has a stucco finish over ICF with Rouge River stone accent. Its equipped with solar evacuated tubes that supply heated water to the radient floor heading system.

Energy Star Certified

As a result of building with state of the wall and window systems the 4,200 square foot home was certified by Energy Star with a .20-.23 air changes per hour. Watch the Energy Star certification video

Thornburgh's Residence

Thornburgh Residence is a unique custom home located in Sister, Oregon. What makes this home so unique is that it functions off the electrical grid. Another unique feature of this home is its concrete roof. The roof was built with a suspended concrete roof system create by Hambro Steel. In conjunction with the ICF walls, the concrete roof provides even more insulation value to the home.

Cyr's Residence

A 6,000 square foot home located in Culver, Oregon along the Crooked River Gorge. The exterior walls are constructed out of insulated concrete forms (ICFs) to provide better insulation. The home is equipped with radient floor heating and evacuated solar tubes to generate low cost heating.
